◉ Why can my ENERNOVA SP160 not provide 160W of output power?

Rated 160W is the optimal test result under ideal conditions. The output power can vary due to sunshine, panel orientation, temperature, etc. To get a higher wattage, please place it under stronger sunlight, at a perfect angle, and avoid the shadow.

◉ What can this SP160 charge?

1 piece of SP160 is ideal for charging ENERNOVA ETA Series portable power stations. It can also charge most power stations on the market. Please make sure your power station accepts the VOC of SP160 (21.6V), or it may cause damage.

◉ Can Enernova solar panels be used in extreme weather conditions?

Please use the solar panels in stable weather conditions. The optimal temperature range for normal use and storage of Enernova solar panels is 14°F to 169°F (-10°C to 65°C). DO NOT use solar panels during severe weather conditions, such as thunderstorms, strong winds, and hailstorms.

◉ How to clean the surface of this product?

The solar panel can be cleaned with a soft cloth (dipped with water or solvent containing less than 25% alcohol).

◉ Will this item work when facing away from the direction of the sun, at different angles, so long as it is daytime?

No, the direction away from the sun cannot work. The working principle of solar panels is mainly to absorb sunlight and convert solar energy into electricity under the action of photovoltaic. It is clean energy.

◉ Does it auto-resume charging after the cloud passes by? Do I have to unplug and replug the cable (reset) every time I get out of the shade?

It will still continue charging even when cloudy unless it’s really dark storm clouds. In muddy conditions, the charger will not put out the full charger capacity. After normal sunlight returns, the charger will continue to charge and provide power at normal levels automatically. There is never any need I’ve ever seen to reset it at all.
