We will process your order within 48 hours. Delivery usually takes 3-5 business days from the date of order.

Order Shipment

Regarding shipping, we will ship it around 1-2 business days after confirming the completion of payment.

Please note that delivery may be delayed due to weather conditions, traffic conditions, holidays, etc.

If you purchase a set of a portable power supply and a solar panel, or if you order multiple products, they may be packed separately depending on the combination of products.

Please check the tracking number from the delivery completion email and contact the delivery company.

Order Cancellation

We accept order cancellations before the product is shipped. A full refund will be given if the order is cancelled. We regret to inform you that we do not accept cancellations of orders after they have been shipped. Thank you for your understanding.

Delivery Address

Please check the correct shipping address. The delivery address is limited to the customer's designated delivery address (within Japan).

Once your order has been shipped, it is not possible to change the shipping address.If your package is returned due to an incorrect address provided by you, we will contact you immediately to change it. The package will be reshipped for an additional shipping fee. A contact phone number must be provided for all orders.

Shipper and Status

Your order will be shipped by Enernova in Japan. When you place an order on Enernova's official online store, you will automatically receive a shipping information email. Please check your email address. If you can't find that email, check your spam. Open the folder and add Enernova to your contact list.

I bought a set of portable power supply and solar panel. Will the products be packed together?

If you purchase a set of a portable power supply and a solar panel, or if you order multiple products, they may be packed separately depending on the combination of products.

In the case of separate packaging, the slip number will be different for each, so it will be shipped on the same day, but it is not possible to deliver the products at the same time.
